STARTER Clips work alongside CAMO hidden deck fastening systems, including WEDGECLIP and WEDGEMETAL, to provide a complete concealed fastening solution.

Installation Instructions

CAMO STARTER Clips are designed for simple installation when starting or finishing a grooved deck.

1. Position the clip along the outside edge of the joist, centred with the cross-joist.
2. Secure the clip using the supplied stainless steel screw and a standard drill.
3. Repeat at each joist location.
4. Slightly tilt the first grooved deck board and slide it into the installed clips.
5. Continue installing the remaining boards using your preferred CAMO hidden fastening system.

STARTER Clips can also secure the final deck board or function as an L-bracket for fastening from underneath.

Important: Use a standard drill for installation. Do not use an impact driver.
